Subscription: Trial Classes

New members can book up to two trial classes at £10 per session (£20 total) to experience the FunnClubb magic before committing to a full subscription.

What's Included in Your Subscription:

36 weeks of fun-filled football classes, concluding with a special Family Fun Day for your 36th class, which is free as part of your subscription!

Year-Round Payments: Your subscription is for a full 12 months. To make budgeting easier, the total cost is spread evenly across 12 monthly payments. Payments are taken all year round, including during the summer break, to secure your child's place for the following term.

One Buffer Class: Your subscription includes up to 37 scheduled sessions per year. This means if one class is cancelled by us, it will not be refunded or replaced as you are paying for 36 sessions.

Priority Booking: Active members receive priority booking to secure their child’s place for the following term.

Payment Schedule

New Members: After your paid trial classes, your recurring monthly subscription will begin on the 1st of the following month.

Pro-Rated First Payment: If you join part-way through a month, your first payment will be a pro-rated covering payment calculated at £10 per remaining class in that month.

Existing Members: Your monthly payment will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel: To cancel your membership, you must notify us by email at hello@thefunnclubb.co.uk. All cancellations are processed immediately by our team.

Summer Break Policy:

Continuous Subscription: Parents who keep their subscription active over the summer will be automatically enrolled for the new term starting in September, guaranteeing their child's place.

Cancelling for Summer: You may choose to cancel your subscription for the summer break. If you do this, you will need to manually re-enrol for the September term, and placement will be subject to availability.

Weather & Class Cancellation Policy

Notification: In the rare event of class cancellation (e.g., due to extreme weather), we will notify you via email/SMS no more than 30 minutes before your class is due to start.

Refunds/Replacements:

Your subscription includes a buffer of one extra class. Therefore, the first class cancelled by us in a year will not be refunded or replaced.

If we cancel any subsequent classes, you will be offered a refund, a replacement session, or the class will be postponed. We will communicate the exact options to you.

Payment Methods & Fees
We accept direct debit and credit/debit card payments. Our club operates on a 12-month payment cycle. All prices are inclusive of VAT. We offer a few free spaces per term for those in need – please contact us for more information.

Safety and Security
Your child's safety is our top priority. We are fully insured and all our coaches are DBS checked.
