⚽ Welcome to FunnClubb!
New members can book our mandatory 4-week trial package (4 consecutive classes at £10 per class, £40 total). We do not offer single sessions or alternative trial lengths.

📋 What's Included in Your Subscription
36 Weeks of Classes: Includes our regular sessions and a special Family Fun Day for your 36th class, which is free as part of your subscription!

Year-Round Payments: Your subscription is a 12-month commitment. The total cost is spread evenly across 12 monthly payments taken all year round—including during the summer break—to secure your child's place.

One Buffer Class: Your subscription includes up to 37 scheduled sessions per year. If one class is cancelled by us, it will not be refunded or replaced as you are paying for a baseline of 36 sessions.

Priority Booking: Active members get first priority to secure their child’s place for the following term.

💳 Payment Schedule & Fees
One-Time Registration Fee: Upon moving to a full subscription, a non-refundable £40 registration fee is invoiced. This covers backend system registration, player insurance onboarding, and administrative costs.

New Members: Your recurring monthly subscription begins on the 1st of the month following your trial.

Pro-Rated First Payment: If you transition to full membership part-way through a month, your first payment will be pro-rated at £10 per remaining class in that month.

Existing Members: Monthly payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month via direct debit or credit/debit card. All prices include VAT.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Immediate Action: To cancel, email us at hello@thefunnclubb.co.uk.

No Future-Dating: Cancellations are processed immediately upon receipt. We cannot post-date cancellations. Once requested, your subscription is terminated instantly and no further payments are taken.

Removal from Registers: Because cancellations are instant, children cannot continue attending classes once a request is made. Your child will be removed from the register immediately and their spot released.

Summer Break Policy:
Continuous Subscription: Keep your subscription active over the summer to guarantee your child's automatic enrollment for the September term.

Cancelling for Summer: If you cancel for the summer, you must manually re-enrol for September, subject to spot availability.

🌧️ Weather & Class Cancellation Policy
Notification: If we must cancel a class (e.g., extreme weather), we will notify you via email/SMS at least 30 minutes before the class starts.

Refunds/Replacements: The first class cancelled by us in a calendar year uses your "buffer class" and is not refunded or replaced. For any subsequent cancellations, you will be offered a refund, a replacement session, or a postponed date.
