Funn provision before school. Breakfast Club operates between 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM. It is open to kids from Manor Junior School and Manor Infant School. Breakfast Club operates from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM. Parents are able to drop their child off anytime between then. We use the sports hall facility. Do contact us if you need to pick up or drop off your child. DROP-OFFS: Parents drop their children off from the side gates next to the staff car park. We have to keep the gates locked for safety reasons. The gate will be open from 7:30 AM - 7:35 AM. If you arrive later, please contact us to let us know you've arrived, and a coach will come out to get you. MANOR INFANT SCHOOL: After the breakfast club, a FunnClubb coach will take children who attend Manor Infant School to their classes. ACTIVITIES AND STRUCTURE: The food will be out as soon as the children arrive at the breakfast club. All children will be sat down to eat around tables. They'll choose what they want, and coaches will help them make their food. At 7:55, we begin the organised activities. We focus on one activity a day. Kids decide what activity they'd like to do on Mondays and Fridays. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, coaches run their pre-planned activity. Currently, we facilitate and coach Nerf guns, dodgeball, football, parachute games and tennis. At 8:30 AM, the children will make their own way to their class. FOOD/SNACKS: We offer a balanced breakfast for the club, providing the following; Cereals (Weetabix or Cheerios) Fruit (apples and satsumas) Toast (Strawberry jam or butter) Orange/Apple Juice Please inform us during the registration process if your child has any allergies. You could also notify us via email, and we could edit your child's "Medical Information." For allergy reasons, please ensure your child doesn't bring anything to the club with nuts. BOOKING PROCESS Once you select "Book Now" or "Select dates to book", you can start registering your child on the system. You'll be able to add medical info, choose dates, add emergency contact numbers etc. All coaches at the club have access to registers and parents' phone numbers. We have full access to the system, so we can instantly view your child's info, send emails, call parents in emergencies etc. In an emergency, we'll contact parents immediately to inform them of an occurrence. Booking is done in advance of your child's attendance; this is anytime before the club starts. Parents can book individual or multiple days, as they wish. PAYMENT/REFUNDS The price for breakfast clubs is £6/day Parents are entitled to refunds, provided you give The FunnClubb a minimum of 48 hours' notice. You will be entitled to a refund processed on the same day. It takes 5-10 working days for the refund to be in your bank account. Please email us with a refund request. COACHES The ratio for our Breakfast Club is 1 Coach to every ten children (minimum) and one coach to every 12 children (maximum). All coaches at the FunnClubb are DBS checked, FA First Aid qualified and Safeguarding qualified (unless they're training with us). To see any documents, please email/message back and ask.
